What are the hours for the Forum?

Registration and Breakfast starts at 7am, the opening remarks start promptly at 8am. Closing comments are at 4:15 pm with the Chairman's Reception immediately following.

 
 
Will there be food and beverage service at the Forum?

Yes, your registration includes a light breakfast, lunch, morning and
afternoon refreshments.

 
 
How can I register?

You can register by fax, mail or via the website. Phone registrations are not available.

 
 
How do I pay?

  • by cheque: please forward payment with your registration form in the mail.

  • by credit card online: Simply follow the online instructions on this website to register and pay by credit card online. An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming your registration within minutes after you register.

  • by credit card offline - Two Ways: 1) Simply mail your payment along with a copy of your registration form to the address on the registration form. 2) You can also fax your registration form with your credit card information on it.

 
 
Who do I contact to make changes to my existing registration?

You can make your changes online but you do require your confirmation number that was emailed to you with your conference registration confirmation, also sent to you by email. If you have further questions, please contact MMPI Canada Inc., 604-739-2112 ext. 0.

 
 
I've had an emergency and need to cancel my conference registration. What should I do?

You must notify MMPI Canada, Attention: Registrar, in writing, of your intent to cancel your registration. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of your registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after April 2, 2009, or for conference "no-shows." Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the day of the event.
